In King County — one of the largest voting jurisdictions in America — our creative, multilingual GOTV campaign drove 90,000 new voter registrations and helped the county achieve a record 76% turnout, outperforming the national average by 27 points. The work earned national Best-in-Show awards and proved that empowering, inclusive messaging can move democracy forward.

Changing how America Votes

We’ve also helped reshape how elections work. In New York City, we built the breakthrough Rank the Vote brand that fueled the passage of ranked choice voting — giving millions more voice in how leaders are chosen. And in Alaska, our reform work helped implement a statewide

In Minnesota, we helped Keith Ellison overcome millions in dark-money attacks — shifting suburban voters with a message centered on protecting freedom, safety, and economic fairness. In Alaska, we supported the historic election of Mary Peltola, the first Alaska Native in Congress. And in cities across the country — from mayoral offices to county councils — we’ve helped elevate local champions who deliver for their constituents, including first-time candidates, reformers challenging entrenched interests, and leaders who reflect the communities they serve.
