Outside of work, Dimitri enjoys fishing and experimenting in the garden, where he’s on a never-ending quest to grow the world’s hottest peppers. The rest of his free time is spent managing the delightful chaos of three kids, eight chickens, two goldfish, and a 15-year-old miniature schnauzer who somehow still runs the household.
