Brooke is the Founder and CEO of True Blue Strategies, where she oversees a diverse clientele, including foundations, businesses, government agencies, nonprofit organizations, and political campaigns.
For 20 years, Brooke has led national digital advocacy programs and corporate social responsibility campaigns, and provided strategic insights that consistently deliver wins for her clients. Under Brooke’s leadership, True Blue Strategies has supercharged campaigns and achieved results at the highest levels of politics. This work has helped protect the last great salmon runs on Earth, defended Tribal sovereignty, drove record voter turnout, and supported revered American companies in achieving their public policy objectives.
Brooke founded True Blue in 2014 with the vision of taking on our nation’s toughest challenges. Her team now operates at the forefront of building authentic power, and looks beyond the usual playbooks to create positive change for people and the planet. Her approach transcends divisions to create campaigns that resonate on an emotional and intuitive level, constructing a shared narrative that people believe in and act upon.
As an innovator in the digital advocacy field, Brooke co-founded the Seattle Interactive Conference, earned recognition as a “40 Under 40” by the American Association of Political Consultants, and secured over 75 national awards for her firm spanning the political spectrum — including Public Affairs Firm of the Year.
Brooke holds a degree in philosophy from the University of Washington, studied feature film writing at UCLA, and is known to randomly hop on planes to fly across the world. She balances out all the screen time by keeping her hands in the dirt, putting her nose in a book, or wandering the woods, while encouraging her team to do the same.
